About us
Ruta Residencia is a mini-encyclopedia and a case handling service for Spanish residency and taxes: articles and guides for those who act on their own, and full case management with a personal dashboard for those who prefer to hand the process over.
Who runs the project
The project is run by Aleksandr Nazarov, an immigration and tax advisor, autónomo in Spain (Gijón, Asturias). In legal practice since 1994, advocate of the Saratov Bar Association (Russia), with more than twenty five years of corporate, tax and litigation work. Consultations are available in English, Russian and Spanish.
Everything on this site is based on the rules currently in force: the Immigration Regulation (RD 1155/2024), Law 14/2013 on support for entrepreneurs and Spanish tax legislation. We cite sources, give deadlines and thresholds in figures and update the pages when the rules change.
How we work
Two roads to choose from. First: you read the guides and file the documents yourself, the materials are open. Second: you fill in an application, see the exact price before work starts, and the case then runs in a personal dashboard with a document checklist, tasks and status at every step.
Good to know
Aleksandr is not a member of a Spanish bar and does not represent clients in Spanish courts: where court representation is needed, collaborating Spanish abogados colegiados step in. Content on this site is informational and does not replace advice on your particular case.
