Legal notice
This page exists to meet the requirement of article 10 of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE). It obliges the owner of a website to keep information about themselves permanently available by direct, easy and free means. A separate page is needed precisely because details buried inside a privacy policy do not meet that condition: you have to go looking for them.

Professional status
This is the point where the wording matters most, and here it is stated plainly.
I am an attorney admitted to the Saratov Bar Association (Russia). In Spain I am not colegiado, meaning I am not a member of a Spanish bar association and do not provide services for which Spanish law requires that membership.
In practice this means:
- I handle residence and tax case work as an autónomo,
- court representation is passed to cooperating Spanish lawyers (abogados colegiados),
- the content of this site is informational and is not legal advice on a specific matter.
Nature of the services
The site holds reference material on Spanish residence permits and taxes, calculators and application forms, and a client dashboard where case work is carried out.
The reference section is open and free. Paid services are provided under the service agreement.
Terms of use
The text, tables, illustrations and structure of this site are protected by copyright. You may use them freely for personal purposes, including printing and forwarding. Republishing elsewhere requires a link to the source.
The site carries no third-party advertising. Where a page links to a partner and a commission applies, this is stated on the page itself.
